If you’re like me, you’ve found yourself in the ER unprepared more than once. While being bored out of your mind is no picnic, it’s even worse if you find yourself without your medication or insurance information. To prevent situations like this from happening to me in the future, I spent a few hours putting together an emergency go-bag that now sits in the entrance to my apartment, ready to go at a moment’s notice.
